Religious Decoration in the Workplace

The Cedar Rapids Community School District is a community whose members hold a variety of religious and philosophical views. As a public institution, the District respects the separation of church and state and will not promote or disparage any religious belief or non-belief. The appearance of support for a religious viewpoint must be balanced with respect for the rights of individuals to express religious views.
