Open to swimmers entering middle
school or high school. Focus on
developmental training, stroke
technique, starts, turns and racing
skills. We do require that each
swimmer is able to swim around 2000
yards. Previous swim team experience
is required.

Intermediate Group
8:00am – 9:00am or 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Session 1 – 6/9 – 6/27
Session 2 – 7/7 – 7/25
Open to swimmers in elementary or
middle school. Focus on learning all four
strokes, starts, and turns. We do
require that each swimmer is able to
swim around 1000 yards. Previous swim
team experience is encouraged.

Beginner Group
9:00am – 10:00am
Session 1 – 6/9 – 6/27
Session 2 – 7/7 – 7/25
Open to swimmers in elementary
school. Focus on learning all four
strokes, starts, and turns. We do
require that each swimmer is able to
repeatedly swim one length of the pool
unassisted.
