The Teddy Bear Clinic is an annual event to decrease the fear and anxiety children experience within a healthcare setting. The event will feature several stations that simulate a healthcare environment targeting children in school years Kindergarten – 6th grade. Children should bring a stuffed animal from home to serve as a patient through various stations in small groups, exposing them to play and real medical equipment. The event is free and open to the community, but all participants must be accompanied by an adult through the program.
