Dear CRCSD Families,
We are committed to ensuring that the rollout of Freshman Academies and College & Career Pathways reflects the needs and priorities of our students, families, and staff. As we consider potential adjustments to the timeline for these initiatives, we are seeking your input to help shape our plans.
We invite you to share your thoughts and feedback by attending our upcoming Pathways Community Meeting on January 30th. During this meeting, we will provide updates on the proposed timeline changes, answer questions, and gather input from our families and community members. These meetings will be held at Jefferson, Kennedy and Washington High Schools from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM.
Updated Program Timeline Proposal
In addition to engaging with families, we are also gathering feedback from our Pathways Parent Advisory Group and CRCSD staff. Based on the input we receive from these groups and our broader community, we will present a recommendation to the CRCSD Board of Education at their meeting on February 3rd.
Your voice is vital to this process, and we deeply value your perspective as we work to create programs that ensure every student is future-ready.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We look forward to hearing from you at the Pathways Community Meeting or through other opportunities to engage. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Sincerely,
Dr. Tawana Grover
Superintendent
