Iowa Matrix is offering a youth spring break volleyball clinic on March 14! This clinic will focus on training fundamentals and will be led by assistant coach, Jenna Sullivan from upper Iowa University and hitter Michelle Urquhart from the University of Iowa volleyball team. Registration by March 7 will include a corner T-shirt.

Iowa Matrix Volleyball is a youth resilience program of Iowa Matrix. Iowa Matrix is a 501c3 with a mission focused on developing resilience in individuals and community. Iowa Matrix volleyball is a USA/Iowa Regional Volleyball sanctioned club, and is intentionally designed to incorporate the principles of resilience and integrating a framework of thought that helps young females navigate life with increased efficacy and to define their sense of “I Am” as they increase their skills in volleyball. Our program dually focuses on the mental strength of our players, as well as excellence in character as they move toward excellence in volleyball.
