Pre-Team Group Pre-requisite skills: swim 25 yards unassisted What we will learn/do: kicking, drills, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, starts/diving, turns, treading water End goal: 25-50 yards of each competitive stroke, treading water for 1+ minutes, diving, flip turns Minimum group size: 2 Maximum group size: 10 (waitlist when full) Sundays @ 2:30-3:15 pm Learn-to-Swim Group No pre-requisite skills What we will learn/do: floating, swim mostly in the shallow end, kicking, drills, treading water, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke End goal: 25 yards freestyle & backstroke, treading water for 30-60 seconds Minimum group size: 2 Maximum group size: 6 (waitlist when full) Sundays @ 3:30-4:15 pm
